Heather L. Burke
Heather L. Burke is the Accountant of the Washington State University Research Foundation (WSURF) and the Fiscal Analyst of the Office of Intellectual Property Administration. Responsibilities include accounting, auditing, contract compliance, and travel for WSURF, WSU Research and Technology Park, and OIPA. She works closely with staff as well as outside businesses to ensure the functions of the office are handled consistent and professionally. Heather attended Valley Business College and Washington State University for an Accounting Clerk certificate and other business related courses. Her past experience includes management, accounting, budgeting, inventory, large equipment purchasing, and loan processing for small business and nonprofit organizations.
