Peter Quinn

Peter Quinn is an experienced entrepreneur with success in several industries. A graduate of Lewis and Clark College, he started a painting and contract bidding company to pay his way. In 1979 he helped found Oregon winery, and worked in marketing and advertising before moving to general management in financial services where he started a successful investment services company. Joining McCaw Cellular Communications in 1988, he held several positions including Director of Marketing for ATT Wireless Services’ Western Region. He then joined Western Wireless International moving to Ireland where he was the start-up CEO of their Irish network, Meteor Mobile Communications. He also served as Western Wireless’ Vice President of European Operations, with responsibility for their Western European networks.

More recently, Quinn served as Executive Director of the Northwest Entrepreneur Network where he led the development of many new initiatives targeted to Helping Entrepreneurs Succeed. Quinn and his wife Anna, moved to Port Townsend, Wa in 2008 where they own an operate a unique store, The Writers’ Workshoppe, an operation with a street and online retail presence that also offers workshops for writers of all skills and genres.

In addition to a passion for creating businesses, Quinn is a published poet, boater and outdoor enthusiast
