Content Management System for Many User Environments

Summary

WSU staff have developed a simple, easy to use suite of applications for web publishing. While there are many content management systems currently on the market, none fill the specific set of criteria important for large organizations wherein many users are able to edit and modify information published on the web. Specifically, Universities, School Districts and some large companies have many individuals editing the content on their web pages; a perennial challenge in such settings is: How does the organization retain the branding elements necessary to coherently represent the organization? WSU has developed a Content management system and suite of plug-in tools that enable users to modify content on their organizations web site without modifying the stylistic elements of the site.
