Almond Dingers

Summary

Almond Dingers are microwavable, gluten-free almond cakes. Frosted and topped with sliced almonds, the single serving is ready to eat in five minutes. The finished cake provides an excellent source of protein and a good source of dietary fiber, phosphorus, manganese, calcium and vitamin E. The product targets time-pressed consumers 20 to 45 with a healthy lifestyle, as well as the 2.2 million people who suffer from celiac disease. The product and process was designed so that it is easy to manufacture and requires minimal processing.
