The Park design team will custom-design space for businesses with specialized research requirements for biochemistry laboratories, instrument shops, testing and assembly facilities, and other technical space needs.
OFFICE SPACE
High quality office space at the Park includes natural lighting, complete heating and air conditioning, acoustic tiled ceilings, and quality carpeting.
WORK SPACE
Low cost research and development space provides well serviced work space with maximum flexibility for businesses engaged in light manufacturing and assembly.
INCUBATOR SPACE
Small increments of space for new and emerging firms are available. The space includes all the amenities listed for office space at discounted lease prices.
VACANT SPACE
Currently we have offices available ranging from 280 Square Feet to 3,000 Square Feet. Please contact the Park Manager for more information.
