*Mac eREX trying to open in Preview stuck on Please Wait....

Option 1: Set Adobe to always Open PDF's

Find a PDF, click on it, press Cmd+I scroll down to the Open with section change it to the latest version of Adobe Reader and click change all.

Option 2: Open PDF in Adobe Reader (one time)

1. Save the PDF form to the local computer.
2. Open Finder and browse to where you saved the file
3. Right Click or Control Click and select Open with > Adobe Reader

Option 3: Drag and Drop from Preview

1. With the document open in Preview Drag and Drop the circled PDF icon below onto Adobe Reader Icon on the Dock
2. If the adobe reader icon is not on the dock, then open Applications and start Adobe Reader, and try step 1 again.
