The WSU Research & Technology Park is comprised of two technology transfer facilities. Building One, a 50,000 square foot building is occupied by growing companies. Building One also contains a 5,000 square foot incubator for small, start-up companies. Special rates and services are provided to companies that locate in the incubator section of Building One.
Building Two was completed in the summer of 1998 and is the home of many companies, some of which graduated from our incubator facility. Building Two offers additional amenities to Research Park tenants such as a weight room and two conference rooms.
Incubator space is available for small businesses.
